Before Ram ever picked up a hammer, he was the person in the room noticing what everyone else walked past. The proportion of a doorframe. The way light lands on a particular stone finish. The join between two materials that most builders treat as a solved problem and we treat as a design decision.

Most of what goes wrong on your build was preventable in the first 90 days. We have seen what happens when the soils engineer, the civil engineer, and the surveyor aren't engaged until the architect has already finished drawings. We don't let that happen on our projects. Pre-construction is where we earn the trust that carries through to move-in day.

Ram has spent over a decade in high-end residential construction — seven years as the founder and builder behind DVLP. Before that, he spent years in custom cabinetry, developing an understanding of materials, precision, and the level of craftsmanship that separates a truly exceptional home from a merely expensive one.

But the instinct that drives DVLP goes further back than any job site. Ram has always been drawn to design — the way structures are composed, the relationship between form and function, the small decisions that reveal whether someone really cared. Traveling through Italy, he notices the napkin holder designed in the shape of the airline's logo. On a job site, he notices the grout joint that's two millimeters off. That attention is not something you can train into a builder. It's either there or it isn't.

Adi ensures the operational side of your project runs without friction — billing, insurance documentation, subcontractor paperwork, and every administrative thread that, if dropped, creates problems later. She makes sure nothing falls through the cracks so Ram and Dor can stay focused on your home.
