Ground-Up Custom Build · Contemporary · Completed
Stansbury Avenue is a 3,749 square foot contemporary ground-up residence designed around clean architectural lines, functional planning, and a cohesive material language carried from the entry through every principal space. The home includes five bedrooms organized to balance open living areas and private quarters, with clear circulation throughout.
The defining architectural move is the double-height glass entry volume — framed in steel and set at an angular orientation. It serves simultaneously as a visual focal point and a structural feature, requiring precise coordination between framing, glazing, and finish systems. It establishes the tone of the home from the moment you arrive while drawing natural light deep into the interior.
Vaulted ceilings with clerestory windows and exposed wood beams define the primary living spaces — maximizing openness while maintaining warmth and a strong indoor-outdoor connection. The compact pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, and carefully considered transitions between interior and exterior create a living environment that performs as well for daily life as it does for entertaining.
The bathrooms feature integrated plaster and tile finishes that required careful specification and sequencing to execute cleanly at the joints. Combined with integrated stone sinks and a French-designed range hood in the kitchen, every material decision was made to serve a cohesive whole rather than compete for attention within it.
